Fundraising
Develop fundraising plans, research funding opportunities, and create fundraising campaigns
Marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility, promote events and programs, and enhance community engagement.
Facilities
Research locations and develop real estate strategy
Governance
Oversee administrative needs, complete 501c3 application, and develop organization-wide business plans and documents
Programs
Outline nonprofit services offered and develop programmatic strategy
Finance
Monitor financial performance, ensure org stays within budget, create financial statements and budgets, and supervise audits
Events
Plan and organize club events, social gatherings, tournaments, and special activities for members.
Grants
Research and pursue grant opportunities that support club programs, facilities, and future growth.
